Terms of Service

The service

ClawdShare publishes a single self-contained HTML page (no JavaScript) to a subdomain you choose at {name}.clawdshare.xyz. Free pages are public and stay live for 72 hours; you can re-publish to update or extend a page, or delete it at any time with your deploy key.

Keep forever (Pages Pro)

A one-time $7 payment removes the 72-hour expiry from a page so it stays live without re-publishing. “Forever” means for as long as ClawdShare operates this service; it is not a guarantee that the service will run in perpetuity. If we ever discontinue ClawdShare, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your page. Because the upgrade is delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable, but if something didn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your deploy key

When you publish, we issue a deploy key — the credential that lets you update, check, or delete that page. It is shown once and emailed to you. Keep it private; anyone with it can manage your page. Treat losing it like losing a password.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant us the limited license needed to host, serve, and cache your page so we can run the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it, and it must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Pages are public — don't publish anything you wouldn't want the world to see.

Suspension & removal

We may suspend, remove, or refuse any page that violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law — including content that looks like phishing, which may be auto-suspended pending review. We may also remove content in response to valid legal requests.

No warranty & liability

ClawdShare is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the page at issue (at most $7).
